Ordering online:
You can order products from our web site right now (but if you are not yet a Premier Member please register here first):
1. First, add purchases to your shopping basket:
Click on any 'buy' link to add an item to your electronic shopping basket.
The first time you do it, you will be asked to log in with your surname and
membership number. After logging in, you will return to the shopping page you
were on. Click the 'buy' link again to place the item in your basket.
At any time, you can view this basket, change your order, remove items, or
empty the basket. When you are ready to purchase, click the CHECKOUT button.
After agreeing to our terms, you will be asked to fill in your details. Then,
clicking on SUMMARY will display a summary of your order, which will
include any shipping costs. To change your order at this stage, click on BASKET,
otherwise click on PAYMENT to choose how to pay...
2. Pay by secure online credit card clearance:
Click on the button alongside 'Pay by credit/debit card' then
click 'SEND ORDER' and a secure connection will open to the Worldpay
server to process your online payment. At the same time, your choices will
be emailed to the Premier Office and you will also receive a copy of the order
email. The order will not be processed until confirmation of a successful payment
is received in case there are problems with the credit card transaction. If
you have to make more than one attempt at payment, several emails may be generated
but only one order will be processed!
We regret that the options to pay for online purchases by phone, fax
and cheque have been withdrawn, and you can only order for delivery to the
cardholder name and address. You can still order offline - see below.

Can't Find Product
We assume you have used the Search function
already! There are some products which we haven't been able to put on
our site, however. Please do not give up - just use our product
enquiry form and we'll get back to you ASAP with current pricing
and availability. You can then use the information we supply to order
by any of the above methods if you want to go ahead.
If you already have the product details, including our current price (maybe
from our magazine or catalogue), you can use the Customer
Order Form which will put the information you enter into our shopping basket
system.

If you know the product code of a title,
a quick way to find it is to go to the "Quickfind" page
and enter the code in the box, which will find all
mentions of that code for you. Otherwise please use the product
enquiry form and we'll get back to you ASAP with current pricing

Normal UK carriage charges per order:
Up to £9.99: 99p
Up to £19.99: £1.95
Up to £24.99: £2.95
£25.00 & over: FREE
Please note that, from time to time, lower promotional carriage charges are offered for a period - these are clearly advertised on our home page and in the magazine. The shopping basket will always show the correct applicable shipping costs before you are asked to commit to payment.
