APPLICATION FOR MEMBERSHIP OF PREMIER

I apply for membership of Premier. I confirm that I am over 16 years of age and am not already a member of Premier.

I understand that after clicking the JOIN button, my application will be placed in the shopping basket. Then I can click HOME and place more items in the basket. When I have made my selection (minimum first order value £15), I will then click on the Checkout button after which I will be asked for my full details and taken to a payment screen where I pay online for my introductory selections. Provided my initial order value is £15 or over, £5 will be deducted from the total. By making this payment I confirm that I agree to abide by the Premier terms and conditions.

If you were recommended to join Premier by a friend, please quote the Recommend-a-friend reference number mentioned in the email invitation from your friend, when asked in the checkout.
