1. Decide which free gift you want for yourself. If it's a free CD/DVD/Video, decide on the product you would like (maximum £14.99 in retail price) and make a note of its product code and title so you can enter it below.

2. Complete all the fields below relating to you, your friend and your free gift. Your friend must not already be a Premier customer.

3. Click on SEND to deliver an invitation e-mail to your friend. This will also register your recommendation and selected gift with Premier. PLEASE NOTE: no goods will be sent until your friend's application has been verified and accepted. Please ask your friends before recommending them. Sending unsolicited e-mails is spam, and action may be taken against members who abuse the service.
